Earning Reward Points
Earn 10 points for every £1 you spend.
- 1 points = 1p
- 10 points = 10p
- 500 points = £5
- 1,000 points = £10

Spending Reward Points
Once you have enough points on your account, you’re going to want to start using them on your purchases! For every 100 points you earn, you get £1 added to your account. At checkout, simply enter the number of points you wish to spend on your purchase.
Please note that you may only use points up to 50% of the total order value.
Spend your points on future orders, up to 50% off the order total.
For example, if you have 500 points, you could get £5 off a £20 order.
Rewards Scheme Terms & Conditions
- To be eligible for Reward Points, you must have an active account.
- Reward Points expire 365 days after the date of their accrual.
- Reward Points are earned from the date you became a Vampire Vape account holder onwards. Points cannot be applied retroactively for prior purchases.
- You can view your Reward Points balance by logging into your account on the website.
- Reward Points are not earned on shipping costs.
- Clearance and Sale items are not eligible for Reward Points.
- Reward Points are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred.
- Your Reward Points will be automatically credited to your account upon order dispatch.
- During Reward Points promotional periods, only points earned during the promotional period apply; existing points will not be multiplied.
- If you return a product for a refund, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account. In the case of a faulty product returned with redeemed points, your account will be credited with the appropriate number of points. No cash refunds will be provided in such circumstances.
