UK Delivery Options, Prices & Dispatch Times

We Ship 7 Days a Week - Same-Day Dispatch Until 8pm

We offer a range of delivery options through DPD, EVRI and Royal Mail, including free delivery on qualifying orders.

Our warehouse operates seven days a week, excluding bank holidays and Christmas. We aim to dispatch orders on the same day when they are placed before the following cut-off times:

• Monday to Friday: 8pm

• Saturday and Sunday: 1pm

Orders placed after these times will normally be dispatched the following day.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. The services available to you will depend on your order value, the products purchased and your delivery postcode.

Free UK Delivery on Orders Over £20

We offer FREE EVRI 48-Hour Tracked delivery on eligible orders of £20 or more, with FREE DPD Next Working Day delivery on qualifying orders of £120 or more.

Spend £20 or More - FREE Standard Delivery

• FREE EVRI 48-Hour Tracked delivery on eligible orders from £20.

• Available on qualifying orders under £120 across supported UK delivery areas.

• Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked is also available from just £0.50 on eligible orders.

Spend £120 or More - FREE Next Working Day Delivery

• FREE DPD Next Working Day delivery to eligible addresses in England and Wales.

• Applies to qualifying orders containing e-liquids, vape kits, prefilled kits, pods, coils and other products.

• EVRI 24, Royal Mail 24 and DPD Saturday are unavailable on orders of £120 or more.

• EVRI 48 and Royal Mail 48 are also unavailable for qualifying England and Wales addresses at this order value.

Delivery to Scotland, Northern Ireland and Other Restricted Areas

Delivery options vary by postcode. Customers in Scotland, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man may still be offered EVRI 48 or Royal Mail 48, subject to product restrictions and courier availability.

The delivery methods and prices available for your order will be confirmed at checkout.

EVRI 48-Hour Tracked Delivery

EVRI 48 is an economical tracked delivery service, available for many orders throughout the UK.

• Under £20: £1.99

• £20 to £119.99: FREE

• £120 or more: Available only for eligible delivery destinations

Deliveries are generally made on weekdays and Saturdays. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

EVRI 48 is not available for qualifying orders of £120 or more delivered to England and Wales.

Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked Delivery

Royal Mail 48 provides tracked delivery, generally within two working days after dispatch.

• Under £20: £1.99

• £20 to £119.99: £0.50

• £120 or more: Available only for eligible delivery destinations

Qualifying own-brand 10ml e-liquid orders may be eligible for free delivery under a separate offer.

Royal Mail 48 is unavailable for qualifying orders of £120 or more delivered to England and Wales. Battery and product restrictions may also apply.

EVRI 24 and Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked Delivery

For customers who prefer a faster delivery service, EVRI 24 and Royal Mail 24 are available on eligible orders.

• Under £20: £2.99

• £20 to £119.99: £1.99

• £120 or more: Unavailable

These services are also unavailable for deliveries to Scotland, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, and may be restricted in additional postcode areas.

Royal Mail delivery options are subject to battery restrictions, including limits on orders containing prefilled vape kits with batteries.

DPD Next Working Day Delivery

DPD Next Working Day is our premium tracked delivery service for eligible addresses in England and Wales.

• Under £20: £4.99

• £20 to £119.99: £3.99

• £120 or more: FREE

DPD offers tracking, delivery notifications and a one-hour delivery window where supported.

For next working day delivery, place your order before 8pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed later in the week may be delivered on the next available working day.

DPD Next Working Day is unavailable for Scotland, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, as well as other excluded postcode areas.

DPD Saturday Delivery

DPD Saturday is available for eligible orders requiring delivery on a Saturday.

• Delivery charge: £9.50

• Available for orders under £120

• Unavailable for orders of £120 or more

DPD Saturday is not offered for excluded delivery destinations or for orders placed on Saturdays.

Order before the applicable Friday cut-off for delivery on the following Saturday, subject to availability.

Delivery Restrictions and Remote Locations

Some delivery methods are unavailable for certain destinations due to courier coverage, delivery times and product restrictions.

Restricted areas include:

• Scotland

• Northern Ireland

• Jersey and Guernsey

• Isle of Man

• Certain remote and offshore postcode areas

For these destinations, EVRI 48 and Royal Mail 48 may remain available where supported.

Deliveries to remote areas, the Highlands and islands may take longer than standard advertised delivery times.

The delivery methods available for your order will be displayed at checkout once your delivery address has been entered.

Orders Containing Batteries & Prefilled Kits

Certain Royal Mail delivery services are restricted for orders containing batteries or prefilled vape kits.

Orders containing more than two qualifying prefilled kits with batteries cannot be sent using the restricted Royal Mail delivery methods.

Other battery-related restrictions may apply depending on the products ordered and the destination.

Where a Royal Mail service is unavailable, an alternative delivery option may be offered at checkout.

Age Verification

All customers must be aged 18 or over to purchase vaping products.

We use AgeChecked to verify customer age. If your age cannot be verified automatically, additional verification may be required before your order can be dispatched.

This may delay dispatch.

Important Delivery Information

We may upgrade your delivery service at our discretion, particularly for higher-value or heavier orders, at no additional charge.

We may share your telephone number or email address with the selected courier for delivery notifications and tracking.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing an order.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number.
